We started The Brick Oven Bakery in 1982 with a simple promise: every loaf, every pastry, every cake leaves our doors as if we made it for someone we love. Our ovens run every morning before sunrise.
Today we still mix by hand, ferment slowly, and source from Ontario farms whenever we can.
