We started The Brick Oven Bakery in 1982 with a simple promise: every loaf, every pastry, every cake leaves our doors as if we made it for someone we love.
Today we still bake fresh every morning, and our shop has grown to include a hot table, catering, a full deli, frozen meals, coffee and gift baskets.
